When visiting Ramatuelle, a quaint and charming village in the south of France, we were lucky enough to go when the Festival de Ramatuelle was on. Several of the beautiful lanes played host to brightly coloured stalls, all selling an array of wonderful and enticing delights.
There were several food stalls tempting you with a variety of delicious cheeses, juicy olives, fresh fish and a delightful selection of olive oils and vinegars.
Lavender and soap stalls were in abundance, creating the perfect aroma whilst walking around.
If you fancied a new bag, spices for cooking or a piece of fabulous jewellery, then you certainly were not disappointed.
I enjoyed savouring the delicious olives and sampling some sweet apricot nougat, all washed down with a cold glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and after purchasing a glass chopping board with a beautiful French design, we all had a delicious ice-cream, whilst watching the world go by.
With the sun beating down and a picturesque village to explore, Ramatuelle is the perfect place to visit, especially on market day.
