Styling The Home With Potters Crouch Candles

I think it’s safe to say candles are my little addiction, especially at this time of the year. I love the flickering of the flame on darker evenings and the wonderful scent that fills the room, I suppose I’m a bit candle obsessed really.

I love discovering a new candle brand and I first came across Potters Crouch candles a couple of weeks ago, whilst having a day out at Norfolk Lavender and I totally fell in love with them. Potters Crouch have totally nailed the look with beautifully coloured wax, complete with colourful crystals that sit elegantly on the surface, not to mention the adorable tin that the candle sits in AND the amazing scent that each one gives.

Whilst at the gift shop, we bought the Fireside scented candle, ready for the festive season, which I totally love and of course we just couldn’t come home empty handed AND lucky me was sent three other candles in a tin to try from Potters Crouch themselves, now I’m really in my element and super-duper excited.

All the candles at Potters Crouch are lovingly handmade, using traditional fine fragrances and superior ingredients and there is so much choice, literally a candle for any time of the year.

The first candle I opened was Christmas. This one has a truly magical scent of opulent festive spices, including nutmeg, cinnamon and a dash of pine and citrus and was my favourite of the three. As soon as I opened the tin, heavenly Christmas memories filled the air. This candle is absolutely stunning with a beautifully coloured red wax, complete with red crystals and flecks of gold. The design on the tin is great too, with a midnight blue background and snowflakes, what more do you need from a Christmas candle.

The next one I opened was Pomegranate from the Fruity range. This candle smelt so delicious with notes of plum and raspberry, blended with pink and black peppercorns. The pink crystals on the top of the wax reminded me of pomegranate seeds, which looked really effective. I feel this particular candle could be lit at any time of the year, as the fruity scent would make your home smell divine all year long.

The last one I opened was Gardenia and Tuberose from the Floral range. For me, this scent was slightly too heavy on the floral notes, however, saying that, I did like the brightly coloured yellow wax along with the white crystals. This particular candle, I feel, would be great for the spring and summer months, with its vibrancy and fresh, flowery scent.

As well as luxury candles, Potters Crouch also sells a range of other beautiful products for the home, including reed diffusers, wax melts, room sprays and essential oils, so whatever it is you’re looking for, Potters Crouch has it all!

These candles simply ooze luxury and are one of my favourite brands EVER! If you’re wondering what to buy someone this Christmas, a Potters Crouch candle is definitely your answer.
