These delicious cherry and chocolate chip muffins are so easy to make and are perfect for when you are short on time. Ready in less than 20 minutes, they are ideal for when you have unexpected guests or you need a last minute dessert. I found this recipe on the GoodtoKnow website, changing it slightly by using glacé cherries in the mix and milk chocolate chips instead of a bar of chocolate, which I preferred and they tasted so good, especially accompanied with the fresh cherries. If you have a go at making these scrumptious muffins, do let me know what you think.
